Fonda el Postillon offers a cosy and intimate setting, serving French and international cuisine. Set price lunch & dinner menu offer good value for money. We serve 3 course set menu for 30€ and 2 course set menu for 25€ evenings and Sunday lunch.
The summer terrace is open on beautiful warm Spanish evenings and Sunday lunches. Our terrace is a smoke-free zone and we have a designated smoking area. Inside we have a comfortable space and during the winter months, a fireplace adds a cosy touch to the ambience.

We do not accommodate groups larger than 8 people. Thank you for your understanding.

We do have candles and singing for birthdays. Kindly inform us in advance.
NB! If a guest brings their own dessert from outside, a surcharge of 2€ per person will be applied.

Meet the Chef
Born and raised in Dax, France, in a family of hotel and restaurant owners, my culinary journey began at a young age. After training at a top culinary school in Bordeaux (Ecole Hoteliere de Talence), I gained experience in various restaurants in different countries, including working as a chef on a renowned cruise ship "Queen Elizabeth II". While pursuing other ventures in finance and real estate, my passion for cooking remains a constant source of joy.

In 1994, I established the "Paris-Madrid" restaurant in Fuengirola. Following a decade of success, I decided to prioritize family and explore new opportunities in stock market trading. Since 1998, I have actively engaged in the real estate industry through my business at www.parapar.es. Furthermore, I have recently embarked on exciting ventures: www.H2OTaps.com, offering water filters, and www.ParaparGolf.com, fueled by my passion for golf.
