After more than 12 incredible years of serving you at Fonda el Postillón, we’re announcing—with both joy and a touch of sadness—that this will be our final season. We’ll be closing our doors at the end of February 2025. These years have been truly special, and we are deeply grateful for the bonds we’ve created together—relationships that feel like family.
Thank you for making Fonda el Postillón what it is today. We couldn’t have done it without your love and support. ❤️
We’re happy to share that the restaurant will not remain empty—Cesar and Esther from Tottam will carry on this wonderful venture.
